Marine debris is becoming the major issue, every year millions of tons of debris has been thrown into the ocean especially plastics materials. Its not just polluted our water but also killing the marine life. What we do is to encourage people to collect any debris that they spotted during any water activities, from scuba diving, snorkeling, or even during the beach walk. Perhentian island divers(Perhentian island) provide free usage of mesh bag for anyone who having intention of clearing the debris.

Encouraging everyone who visiting the island to collect every debris that encountered underwater or on the beach, and send it to the collection centre nearby, if it is not available, a dive centre will functioned as a temporary collection centre.
